A quarterly professional development series designed to strengthen Chattanooga's music industry

In June 2015 at SoundCorps' SpeakUp event, Chattanooga musicians stated their most pressing needs to help take their music careers to the next level. SoundCorps' TakeNote series was built as a direct result of that conversation.

Each quarter, SoundCorps recruits music industry experts from around the country to discuss topics related to building and maintaining a career in today's music industry. The first TakeNote focused on audience development through PR and Marketing, the second event centered around concert and venue promotion, and the third featured recording industry techniques and trends.
